My new car purchase was the worst with any Toyota I have purchased. This was my sixth Toyota purchase. The price negotiation was much less than transparent. Be sure to have all relevant cost information purchased. This was my sixth Toyota purchase. The price negotiation was much less than transparent. Be sure to have all relevant cost information when sitting down to negotiate. Have a photo of the car's window details. I ended up with an additional $3,000 over the sticker price and then additional costs. They even charged me for floor mats that were on the sticker. (after returning a few days later to complain they acknowledged the double charge on the floor mats and will refund the amount) My wife and I came away feeling like we were taken advantage of. We are in our 60s and 70s and I think that contributed to our confusion. The sales person was good and knowledgeable on the new car and features. He stepped back and on came the hard sell guy to talk price. That's where it went south. More

No transparency at all. After a test drive I sat with Antonio and asked him to give me the OTD ( out of door price), he took apiece of paper and started to write a lot of numbers without any explanation Antonio and asked him to give me the OTD ( out of door price), he took apiece of paper and started to write a lot of numbers without any explanation and told me this is the price. I told him to bring me all the details of those numbers (in other words the OTD price), he said that the dealership dont allowed him to do it. Thats the way some dealerships with no integrity try to charge us FAKE FEES. I recommend to ask for the OTD price when start a transaction of a car and then listen what they going to tell you. More

Love this place🖤 the experience was great! I came to have my 2005 Toyota Sienna checked while I waited I decided to check out newer vehicles . The customer service received was fantastic they had a great variety of vehicles I could choose from . When I received the diagnostic report for my van it cost more to fix then it was worth. I needed a safe and reliable vehicle for my family and thanks to Toyota of Orlando I was able to choose an certified used Rav 4 for a reasonable price and monthly payments that that I could afford . God bless everyone who took the time to help me and answer all my questions .Thank you😃 More

Worst dealership ever! I went to Toyota of Orlando on August 2nd 2018 to purchase a 2017 Toyota Corolla that I found on Cargurus for $11,155.00. Awesome deal! I was so exci I went to Toyota of Orlando on August 2nd 2018 to purchase a 2017 Toyota Corolla that I found on Cargurus for $11,155.00. Awesome deal! I was so excited to purchase this vehicle, but I left the dealership with nothing. When the sales consultant I think his name was Antonio was writing up the paperwork he put the price of the car as $11,488.00. I told him that Jamie the guy who showed me the car said that I could get it for the online price, well he wasn't too happy about that. I swear loosing a couple hundred dollars on the car made his whole attitude change. He needed to see the Cargurus price which I showed him, and then that's when things took a turn for the worst. First he disappeared and when he came back and said that because the car is so low in cost that he can only sell me the car in 1 of 2 ways. He said either I had to pay in full for the car up front or I have to finance through Toyota's bank and even though I told him that I was already approved through my job's credit union he said I couldn't use that bank, so I said ok let's do it your way and I'll just refinance with my credit union, he said that I had to pay the first payment to Toyota so they can make their money off the car. I was still playing his game because the price of the the car was so good and said ok let me know how much my payment will be. Well he disappeared for a few minutes then came back and said that the car was just sold. I said how is that possible when I'm trying to buy it he said that they don't tell each other who is selling what car and basically who ever sells it first gets the car. I said that's bull crap and that he didn't want to sell me the car because he had to honor the online price and is making this crap up. I then left, as I'm leaving the car right in front of me was the same car I was trying to buy and it was being taken for a test drive. Later on I had my son call and ask if they still have the car and they said yes. They never sold it, they just didn't want to sell it to me all because they didn't want to loose a couple hundred dollars by honoring the online price. This dealership is a joke. As I was leaving I told them that I was gonna let everyone on social media know what happened, and they text me as I was leaving saying that they will have another sale going on and would like to work with me. Really? After that experience I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. Shop at your own risk over there! They are scammers and liars and just want your money. I will never step foot in that dealership again. I'd rather pay more money at a reliable place. BTW the car had stains in it, and the back bumper was clearly painted over like it was in a car accident but they said it wasn't but didn't show me the car fax when I asked to see it. Just beware over there! More
