I got charged for service that were not provided and I am having to loose time and money to visit a third time to address and concern with my vehicle. I wish I didn't have to go back, but how else do I get the problem solved for which I was already charged. So disappointing. More

Incredibly useless dealership. We spent 3 hours waiting on a a software update only to be told they couldn’t do it. We were even more frustrated when they said they “weren’t going to charge us,” as if that on a a software update only to be told they couldn’t do it. We were even more frustrated when they said they “weren’t going to charge us,” as if that was a favor after wasting our entire afternoon. Not charging me for a service I didn’t receive and for wasting my time is not a favor....it’s bad service. On top of that we were quoted $400 for a duplicate key, that we got for $275 at Central Florida Toyota. Go there instead!! More

Genuine and fantastic I came to Toyota of Orlando not expecting much, as a student it's hard to get a car much less anyone to give you the time of day at least in my car ex I came to Toyota of Orlando not expecting much, as a student it's hard to get a car much less anyone to give you the time of day at least in my car experience. However every expectation I had was blown out of the water with how helpful, courteous, and the simple fact of being taken seriously when I came in. Luis Beltre and Brian were fantastic in helping me select my vehicle and explaining to me the various options I had and which would be best for me. Then when all was done Nichole Peters was just a joy to talk to and made paperwork fun! All in all seriously the best dealership experience I've ever had and will definitely come back without a doubt and if you're looking for a Toyota, you should definitely go to Toyota of Orlando and you won't be disappointed! More
