A little disappointed Good experience overall, the staff is professional, but a few things disappointed me,(1)never told me there were no spare key,just 1,(2)they just give Good experience overall, the staff is professional, but a few things disappointed me,(1)never told me there were no spare key,just 1,(2)they just give me a 1/4 of gas (3)there was a light bulb out from the daytime running lights that I told them right away when we saw the first time and they never fixed (4)We reach a deal for the payment after a long negotiation for 72 months when we went for finance department we discover they ad 3 months to get to the payment that I want, it was late and my wife really want it the car so decided not to fight anymore(5)was not offer coffee or a bottle of water after being there for almost 3 hours, not really a happy experience. More

We worked with sales representative Scotty Bumbalough, who was very pleasant to work with and a really nice guy. Then we worked with Carlos Polanco to sign the paperwork and go over the details, he explained things and was actually fun to work with, he was serious about numbers but it was enjoyable working with him. We felt like everyone was honest and that we were treated fairly. Plus, we love the SUV! More

Excellent service, this is the second vehicle I purchase fro m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process takes too long, from the minute you pick the vehicle you want to the minute you get to get in your new car and drive home can take from four to five hours, other than that is a very pleasing experience, every one there is very nice from Nichole Peters in financial to the sales representatives on the floor. Birdie was so wonderful, and kept my needs in mind and explained the loan process and offered me many options for me to review ... Emilio he explained the car in detail and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle... I'm hoping I was close to spelling his name right , bc he was awesome !! Also I want to thank Marcello Alevato ., he was excellent at explaining my phone and helping me hook up to Bluetooth, and finishing the loan process ...
