The service guy forgot what I looked like and spoke to
someone who looks nothing like me about what they were doing to my car, therefore, they serviced my car without me knowing what had to be done so I w

Secondly, they parked it and I was waiting for 30 minutes before I could get someone to help me figure out if my car was done or not. Every guy kept brushing me off saying they were working on my paperwork but they didn't even ask who i was or which car I was referring too. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had here.
