Did a walk in at 7:30am and service department took my information and process my Santa Fe right away. I was not planning on waiting for my car, my daughter was picking me 8:30 am. Took vehicle into dealership for maintenance and check air conditioner on 6/7/21. Air conditioner needed a part that was ordered and paid for the same day. Called dealership on 7/2/21 to question status a air conditioner on 6/7/21. Air conditioner needed a part that was ordered and paid for the same day. Called dealership on 7/2/21 to question status and express my displeasure with at the lack of communication. Spoke with Mike Major who responded short temperedly that the part was on back order. To which I responded had I been informed then I would not be calling nor disappointed. Mike arranged for me an appointment the following day. upon arrival Mike apologized for the delay and lack of communication and discounted my charge by half. More
