Thank God I had my wife follow me to dealership. If I opted to “wait”, I would have been sitting in the lobby for over 3 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment. everyone was very friendly when we arrived. They took are car right away and called us when it was ready for pick-up. They gave us our oil change, and totally wowed us in a great way by cleaning the inside o car right away and called us when it was ready for pick-up.
