The salesman who assisted me and ultimately sold me the car could not make any decisions without consulting his manager. I do not like working with middlemen and found this to be time consuming and irritat car could not make any decisions without consulting his manager. The service center is terribly behind on work orders and I could not schedule a routine oil change less than 6 weeks out, which is unacceptable. More

After confirming my appointment and valet pickup and drop off times, you failed to adhere to the scheduled times. When calling, it was nearly impossible to get a human who was able to assist me. This is the off times, you failed to adhere to the scheduled times. When calling, it was nearly impossible to get a human who was able to assist me. This is the worst service department I’ve dealt with in 32 years. To add insult to injury, no one from service apologized or followed up about the poor customer service. As a matter of fact, they stopped replying to the text messages that were started by your service department. More
