Mike Major was my Service Advisor. He was a total pleasure to work with. He texted me when our car was finished. When I picked our car up it had been washed. Note Mike M. had told me i He was a total pleasure to work with. He texted me when our car was finished. When I picked our car up it had been washed. This is an extremely busy dealership, that doesn't stop them from offering awesome service. I came to dealership with starter problems (still unresolved), the service manager Mike immediately stepped in to them from offering awesome service. I came to dealership with starter problems (still unresolved), the service manager Mike immediately stepped in to help. The car was dropped off and Mike and his team attempted to find the problem. Even though it hasn't been discovered yet, Mike and his great service crew went the extra mile in attempting to locate the origin. This dealership believes in keeping their customers happy, everyone from the service department and dealership is there to help! So even though the problem hasn't been identified yet, I know when I return in July they'll do their best to solve this problem. Thank you for not giving up and for your great help!
