I visited the Service Department. The waiting room was clean, but no designated seating for social distancing, however, they did have a large sign mandating face coverings...as a must!!! Although they were short handed, and more crowded than usual, since I had an appointment for lube & oil change, I was only there for the normal amount of time for that service. The best part of my time there was getting my car washed!!! I have been a customer at Family for over 10 years, and they've always given 5 star service! More

I had another bad experience here. As my other review stated, the customer service and the speed of the work performed is great. However, again, my tires were all inflated to different pressures and it r stated, the customer service and the speed of the work performed is great. However, again, my tires were all inflated to different pressures and it required me to "re-balance" the inflation of the tires when I left the dealer. I also received a maintenance notification in the email informing me that it is time for a fuel additive treatment to my car. It would have been nice if the dealership would let me know this when I was there and just added it while I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I still come back because of the lifetime warranty on my car if I keep up with the scheduled maintenance of the car but it really pains me to have a bad experience consistently. More
