Your dealership denied me a defective/recall on the motor of my car. It doesn’t matter if I’m the second owner or not, the warranty should still apply and the defective motor should be replaced with a new on of my car. Had appointment taken right in even though I was early. The place was clean and the service tech was helpful. Was in and out within a hour, and the car was washed and vacuumed. Good Job!
