I took my car in for a recall and oil change. After having to wait 4 months each time for an appointment. My car came back with a unbelievable sound. Something is absolutely wrong. Family Hyundai is the best car dealer I have ever used! I have all my service done there because I know the job will get done perfectly! This dealership has one of the best service departments on the southside. Although they are extremely busy every time I visit, they find a way to get my service done and do it with a smile. Everyone that works there is super nice and goes the extra mile to ensure you leave with a smile. I can't thank the staff and management enough for the last 3 years of exceptional service. A special thanks to Michael K the service manager for always looking out for the customers vehicles. This is my 3rd Hyundai , and I would only buy and service my Hyundai with Family. Thanks again for some awesome service !!!! More
