Service was ok. I had an appointment, and it took way too long. I asked for a coupon discount for the charge. the service manager was very rude. Apparently, he does not value me as a customer. I am the owner of a Genesis G80 2017, and I am 83 years old. I we only drive this car approx. 30 miles a week. I was so surprised by his statement.
