Calling during lunchtime, they claimed there was NO record of an appointment, and the car was being treated as a walk-in and would not be looked at for another week, and they did not bother to call and confirm this change in the plan of record. This is after calling the service manager and mentioning the exact dates and times the appointment was booked and re-confirmed in late november.

It looks great when the dealership responds in sympathy that they want to get things right, in reality when a consumer asks for multiple call backs, leaves messages, reaches out to staff or gives positive meaningful feedback at dealership. Management fails to deliver and does not call back the customer. I have issues pertaining to the first day the car went off your lot, and have asked multiple times for Mr. Graham to call me back due to the fact that your lower management does not take care of issues before it has to reach the owner. I’m a true believer how the top management handles issue that’s how fellow management delivers, if the top does not care why should the lower end of pole care as well.
Let’s see where this message will get me. Will there be finally action taken?
