I’m a repeat customer of ToyotaTown - I’ve purchased at least 4 vehicles from them over the past at least 10 years. Sylvia typically gets me what I want, but today was not a good experience. I let her know I was coming at 2 pm to pick up my new vehicle. After waiting until 2:30, Michael Donovan came to finish the purchase and process payment. From the beginning of our interaction I got the sense that he did not want to be assisting me. I’m not sure what the problem was, but I barely got any kind of help with the vehicle’s new features and he couldn’t get me out of the parking lot fast enough. I left feeling like no one really had time for me. Good thing there are YouTube videos! North London Toyota is much closer to me, so I don’t think I’ll be returning to ToyotaTown after today’s experience. Super disappointing. More
