Went in for a Taos and came out with a Taos AND a Tiguan R simply because of how she made my wife and I feel. Rob Rose was also an excellent rep in the finance process but it started and ended with Mel. If she were to go to another dealer, I would follow her for the next car purchase - without a doubt. More

She was very prompt with communications, very professional, knowledgeable, sending us photos and info, answering questions, demonstrating options, helping ensure that my insurance was transferred properly, helped to download the VW app, and was able to keep a relaxed fun atmosphere throughout! Co-workers Conor S and Robert R also provided excellent service for their part. We felt like valued customers, and the new car presentation was very special and joyous. We do LOVE our new Volkswagen!
