Best experience ever! My son had recommended me to Martin and after meeting him I could see why. Martin was such a kind and caring salesman. From the first moment I walked My son had recommended me to Martin and after meeting him I could see why. Martin was such a kind and caring salesman. From the first moment I walked in till the day I picked up my car he was very involved, knowledgable and incredibly helpful. This is my first time buying a new vehicle and Martin went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He even drove 45 minutes to bring me the papers to sign. Such a stand up guy. I will recommend him to everyone. He is a very important part of the team at Erinwood Ford. It was such a pleasure dealing with such a kind professional and helpful man. Thank you Martin it has been a pleasure meeting you and sharing this special moment with you. I am one happy girl :) More

New Ford Edge 2016 We bought a 2015 Edge last year in April/May after 1.5 months we have noticed a leak we returned it to service it took almost 9 months to get a new ca We bought a 2015 Edge last year in April/May after 1.5 months we have noticed a leak we returned it to service it took almost 9 months to get a new car back but we really thank to Martin our agent that took over the service and actually responded to us with all the answers that we needed. He has responded to called and updated us with what is going on. Like our family he ffolloed up with all that was going on ,on the other hand what the service representative has done. Gorge Hill really stook on top of the paper work to get our new car. We would like to thank two both of them that after so long we got our car back. We love our new 16 ford he edge!!!!!!! More

Always willing to help We came into the Ford dealership looking for the sales rep that we had worked with last time, Lem Weeks. He wasn't available that time, so we talked with another (Martin) who was wonderful too. While Lem didn't end up being our main sales guy, he was with us every step of the way to ensure that everything was going alright and that we got what we wanted, etc... I cannot explain the amount of high customer service and 'family' environment this dealership has! We felt that we were looked after every which way and that we were treated with respect and kindness! Thank you Lem! More

Magic Martin We knew about the high customer service rating Erinwood Ford receives, so we knew that is where we would be going to get an Escape. However, we didn't know which sales person to request......so the best thing to do is look at the reviews on each of them. Martin's rose to the top for us, so we reached out to him to book an appointment. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted and didn't want on our Ford Escape SE. Martin listened intently and didn't push us for more than we wanted - not at all! We finished with what we were looking for and the conclusion was to have one built to our requirements. Our new Escape was expected in about 8-10 weeks and Martin would keep us tuned in as to the progress. Excellent! A little over two weeks later, Martin reached out to us to inform us that Ford could not build the custom vehicle we requested and the reason why, he had no answer to unfortunately. However....he had already looked into Escapes that were available in the colour and accessories we were seeking and had found one that was the closest to what we wanted. It did have all we wanted, but a few other options we didn't. Martin and Erinwood stepped up to the plate and ensured us that we could have this vehicle with the extra few options we didn't want at the same price we signed for originally when ordering our vehicle. Fabulous! While we did receive options that we truly weren't looking to obtain, but they are nice to have, the best part of all was Martin and Erinwood took care of us, ensuring we didn't pay more than we were willing to pay for the Escape we wanted. They honoured their agreement through the impact of the assembly plant declining to built the vehicle (by the way, we weren't the only ones in this state, so I hope others were taken care of as we were!). Thank you Magic Martin (and Erinwood). We are a 'Ford' family (we have three now) and we will recommend you to everyone we know! More

VERY COMFORTABLE My wife and myself had recently been to a -non Ford- dealership. The salesman drove me nuts... Kept repeating his pitches, had to look up answers to m My wife and myself had recently been to a -non Ford- dealership. The salesman drove me nuts... Kept repeating his pitches, had to look up answers to most simple questions, his pricing was all over the place and confusing, and basically wasn't a very pleasant person. We walked into Erinwood and were greeted by Martin who was the total opposite of this last person. Right off the bat he was extremely courteous and very easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions with ease , showed us various options along with pricing in an direct and understandable way. We both felt very comfortable and relaxed dealing with him... Sorta felt like we'd known him for years!! Later we met with Robyn to sign papers. She was just like Martin. Very friendly, informative and funny! Also, I'm not very good with computers. But when I picked up my vehicle, Martin spent at least an extra hour inside the Escape explaining all of the features to me. This helped immensely!! Overall, our visit was a total pleasure and at no time did we feel pressured by them. We would recommend these two competent employees to anyone. More

Exceptional customer service from start to finish Almost four years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of having to write off a car that I had purchased brand new from a non-Ford dealer. When I was Almost four years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of having to write off a car that I had purchased brand new from a non-Ford dealer. When I was looking for a replacement car to purchase, I considered trying another brand, specifically Ford, but decided instead of venturing in new territory, I would stick with what I knew. Needless to say, hindsight is an unforgiving teacher and I did not have to think twice this time around when I found myself a dire situation, in need of a vehicle that did not have me worried for my personal safety. My brother has been a believer in Ford quality and service for many years now, so when he suggested that I allow him to take my car to Erinwood Ford to ask Martin Menzies and his team take a look and give me an independent assessment, I did not hesitate. The amazing thing was that I did not have to take the car to Martin. He came to me to get it. From the get go, I was impressed by Martin's willingness to go the extra mile. He put my mind at ease by meeting me, at a place and time that convenient for me, taking my car, and leaving me with a loner vehicle (which I believe was his personal vehicle) ... Talk about VIP service. And it didn't end there. I was kept in the loop throughout the initial inspection process and when it was apparent that exchanging messages via text would not work, Martin picked up the phone and not once, but three or four times to clearly explain the situation to me. When I learned the situation with my car was a bigger problem than I was led to believe by the "other" dealership, I essentially had a meltdown. Martin patiently talked me off the cliff's edge, suggesting that I take the weekend to consider what he had shared with me and he would look to see what he could do at his end to find a solution. Martin worked with me to consider my options and in the end I decided that I would trade in the Jeep Compass and put myself into a new 2016 Ford Escape but this time, I would lease instead of buying outright. As fortune would have it, there was a Silver one on the lot. Reflecting back on this, had it not been a Silver model I don't think I would have been so easy to convince. It was just a seamless transition. Like caterpillar shedding its chrysalis. My adventures with Erinwood didn't end with the exceptional customer service provided by Martin, to close the sale, I was introduce to Robyn Barrett (BTW I love your energy). She didn't try to close the deal with unnecessary add-ons but listened to what had to say and sold me what I needed. Thanks for suggesting WearCare, Robyn! I know I was a little hesitant at first, but the more I think about, it was an excellent call. I picked up my car today, and it was an easy process. I appreciate Martin taking the time to give me the walk through and showing me the bells and whistles in the car's console with the Bluetooth hands free. In life it’s the little things that matter the most, and in closing the sale, Martin moved all my belongings from the old car, into my new Ford Escape and while I was sadden at driving away and leaving my Compass on the lot, I felt that at home in the space that he had created by making inside of the car, my space with my things in exact place as it was in my other vehicle.
