This vehicle, which I bought used over 3 years ago from another MB dealer, now has 228,000 KM and developed a problem with the torque converter. Both Markus Widmer and MB Canada worked with me to get the torque converter replaced at what I felt was a very fair cost, and now the car is running perfectly again. I felt my concerns were respected by both the dealership and MB Canada and an experience that could have turned me off the brand entirely was turned into a positive - thank-you Markus and MB London! More

I did experience an issue with a folding rear view mirror. Initially the dealership indicated that it was my responsibility to fix, in spite of the fact the mirror was broken upon vehicle delivery. This was a misunderstanding, and when MB London understood the issue, the problem was fixed immediately. This dealership has an excellent reputation in London, there should be no hesitation in purchasing a vehicle here. More
