All Aspects of This Dealership Service are excellent I purchased a used 2009 ML 320 and want to commend the professionalism of both Bill Schonauer and Kristina Wong. They were both a joy to deal with. I purchased a used 2009 ML 320 and want to commend the professionalism of both Bill Schonauer and Kristina Wong. They were both a joy to deal with. I did experience an issue with a folding rear view mirror. Initially the dealership indicated that it was my responsibility to fix, in spite of the fact the mirror was broken upon vehicle delivery. This was a misunderstanding, and when MB London understood the issue, the problem was fixed immediately. This dealership has an excellent reputation in London, there should be no hesitation in purchasing a vehicle here. More

I love my CLS550 4matic I always have the best experience with London MB. I had my 2008 E350 4matic serviced there since I moved to Dorchester. Mike Robinson, Kristina Won I always have the best experience with London MB. I had my 2008 E350 4matic serviced there since I moved to Dorchester. Mike Robinson, Kristina Wong, Markus and the entire team are like family to me. I puchased a 2012 CLS550 4Matic recently and the experience was perfect from day one. If anyone is interested in purchasing a MB, I would highly recommend you speak to Mike. It felt like I've known him all my life. The same goes with Kristina and the rest of the gang. thanks everyone for continuing to be the best!!! More

Though I am an engineer, he de-briefed me in simple understandable language without overwhelming me. He was polite and soft spoken and very professional. He did not push me to make a quick decision. Kristina Wong in the F&I office was just as professional. Thanks so much for an awesome buying experience. The car was also ready for my pick up at the scheduled time. Both of them took me through all the details without rushing, whatsoever. BTW, Markus Widmer has always looked after my previous two MB ... A 2003 Kompressor and a 2007 E-550....both bought privately from oakeville and Hamilton. It was Markus who prompted me to the salesman who is not here any longer. It was kind of him to forward my emails to Tony. More

Great service..ON A SATURDAY NO LESS! Markus was very responsive, attentive and whisked me in on a cancellation and provided me with a loaner..on a Saturday. Mercedes-Benz London is an incredible dealership. I have purchased four new vehicles there, and all of these cars have been serviced there as well. As I live in Windsor, the dealership sends a driver down w purchased four new vehicles there, and all of these cars have been serviced there as well. As I live in Windsor, the dealership sends a driver down with a loaner. While my car is being serviced, Markus Widmer will update me and then inform me of the return time of my car. My car is always returned to me in pristine condition, with exterior and interior spotlessly clean. I seldom have had any serious issues with my cars, but if there has been one, it has always been resolved on the first visit. All other issues or maintenance checks are always completed in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough about Markus or the dealership. It is every bit as impressive as the Mercedes brand and the cars are only as good as the service which backs them up. More
