Friendly service, no surprises The purchase of my 2014 Prius V was straightforward and the service was exceptional. Searching for my car with Lily was my first impression of Charles The purchase of my 2014 Prius V was straightforward and the service was exceptional. Searching for my car with Lily was my first impression of Charlesglen and I appreciated that she respected what I wanted in my Prius and immediately began searching for a car with my specifications, instead of trying to sell me unsuitable cars already on the dealership lot, which is what two other dealerships did. Thank you, Lily. Kyle in Financing drew up a conditional bill of sale while I waited for my Prius to be shipped to me from Japan. The final bill of sale held no surprises and both Kyle and Alex in Financing were easy to work with and very friendly. Mark explained how the hybrid engine works, gave me tips to get the most mileage out of my vehicle, and also was a pleasure to talk with. Another reason I gave Charlesglen Toyota the best rating? Although my husband came with me every time, each of these people spoke directly to me, as the car buyer, and not to the man accompanying me. Thank you for showing that respect to me. Cheers! More

As soon as I walked into the dealership, I immediately felt very welcome and everyone was extremely friendly. All people we dealt with were helpful, and friendly. It took a while for us to decide a lot of the details about our intended purchase, and each person we spoke with, or sat with was patient and didn't try took a while for us to decide a lot of the details about our intended purchase, and each person we spoke with, or sat with was patient and didn't try to "overly" encourage us to a way that was to their benefit. A good amount of "sales" push for certain items, but nothing seemed pressured on us and we felt free to truly make our own decisions. More

It was time for a new car and decided my new car purchase was going to be an SUV. Having driven, inspected, and researched SUV after SUV, dealership after dealership including Acura, Chevrolet, Honda, was going to be an SUV. Having driven, inspected, and researched SUV after SUV, dealership after dealership including Acura, Chevrolet, Honda, Hyundai and Ford, I fell in love with the 2013 Toyota Rav4 and liked the professionalism and attitude I experienced at Charlesglen Toyota Scion. And so comfortable in my research, convinced that Toyota is a well respected auto maker producing dependable reliable auto mobiles, I purchased a new 2013 Rav4 from Charlesglen Toyota Scion. It was love it at first sight. But wait. The check engine light was on! Not the new car experience I was expecting. I was feeling very disappointed. My father, a Toyota aficionado himself, had always warned me not to buy the new model of any car. “They haven't worked out the bugs yet” he would say. Not to worry, I was assured by the service team that first evening, we will fix the problem. The team at Charlesglen made a point of ensuring that I was always taken care of throughout the process. I did need to return several times so the mechanics could investigate and work on the problem. At each visit I was greeted by caring and knowledgeable individuals. I was provided with a rental vehicle on a number of occasions when the RAV needed to stay at the dealership for a few days. Charlesglen Toyota Scion worked tirelessly to fix the problem of my brand new Rav4. Parts were exchanged, replaced, taken out, put back in; even the gas tank was removed and replaced. A solution at last was found to replace the entire wiring harness in my brand new Rav4. I Love my new new Rav4 again. “Satisfisfaction guaranteed” from Charlesglen Toyota Scion? I think so! Footnote: My new new Rav4 runs very smooth, is very reliable and has really good fuel economy. More

We had an outstanding sales experience at Charlesglen Toyota. Our salesman Harris was very informative and showed us all of the features of the car we bought, including new safety innovations. Jason in finance was friendly and made our experience a positive one. When we picked up our new Rav Mark spent a great deal of time going over the car with us so that we felt comfortable with all of its features, and he was friendly and knowledgeable as well.
