This was the worst service experience we’ve ever had at BMW. I got there before 8:00 and didn’t leave as a waiter till after 2:00 pm for an oil change and rear brake pad replacement. Was told at noon that BMW. I got there before 8:00 and didn’t leave as a waiter till after 2:00 pm for an oil change and rear brake pad replacement. Was told at noon that the service was done, but btw, you’ll need to replace the rotors in 3-5k miles. Why not do it at the same time?!? So the service advisor said let me check and then two hours later he pawns me off to a different advisor who says the rotors did NOT need replacement and not sure what was kept the here the extra 2 plus hours. There was no service video sent to us, and the last service advisor even asked the tech about that as she couldn’t see it in the system and the tech was like “oh well”. Just terrible customer service and communication. I’m very patient and understanding but this was unacceptable and a waste of my afternoon. More
