They don't explain that if you drop off your car the night before your appointment time is not really an appointment. So when they said my appointment was 930 I thought my car would be done by noon, but night before your appointment time is not really an appointment. Maria explained to me that they take the cars of the people that are waiting first. That's fine but when you call to make an appointment, they should explain that to you. Because peoples' normal understanding of an appointment is that is 'you' will be seen. More
