I discovered that not only was I mislead but that what I purchased would not fix the problem and would cost me 600$+ When I questioned what was happening, I was taken to an office and questioned, I felt like she was telling me it was my own fault and not the lack of service nor clarity on behalf of the department I was working with. As of now I am unhappy with the service provided and I expect more from people who are supposed to be there to guide me in my repair decisions so that this doesn't happen. She tried to tell me that the 175$ charge to diagnose the car was probably what he was trying to save me. If I had kept my business at Toyota they would have waved the fee if I chose to get the work done with them. More

I did not like no one seemed to mention that when I purchased the car that it needed to be at 15 % for oil changes. I was promised with my deal 3 free oil changes and it was not there. Marcel's attitud purchased the car that it needed to be at 15 % for oil changes. I was promised with my deal 3 free oil changes and it was not there. Marcel's attitude towards it at the beginning was not helpful. The fact also the car had major marks on it after the car wash and no one noticed until I said something was another negative. The experience should be better and I hope someone gets with John and the managers with me to discuss what was said during my car deal. That needs to be honored. More
