The service area was ready for me to arrive when scheduled. The technician worked on the problem I identified and also found a recall that applied to my car. The work was completed within the predic scheduled. The technician worked on the problem I identified and also found a recall that applied to my car. I took advantage of both the waiting area for the early assessment and the opportunity to have a ride home once we knew the work would take most of the day. Both were good experiences of customer service. More

Not clear in instructions. Very expensive on spares. Failed on rental car coverage which is prior assured and tried to charge extra rent for those assured days as well. With no clear consent given proceed with 3rd party insurance claims. Not courteous while talking to us. More
