I walked outside to double check it was my car, after verifying it was, I went to the Service Advisor area. Randy Lewis wasn't there. Another advisor checked me out. My invoice reflected a $10.00 discount, my checking account as of 4/24/2026 shows that discount as charge. Never was given. The dealership is prompt with constantly sending texts & emails wanting me to trade my car back in, maybe more time should be spent on service??
