He was very easy to work with and explained all aspects of the vehicle as well as the financing and leasing options open to us. The dealership staff were all friendly and even went above and beyond to get balloons for our girls as we looked around at different vehicles. Manita Bains in finance was also a gem - very flexible and helpful with all aspects of the financial side of things and went to lengths to ensure we got the best price! Would definitely buy from here again!! More

In every visit and for every matter (big or small) Erika, Alphonse, James, Paul and all the rest demonstrate their dogged determination to exceed my expectations and return my vehicle fully repaired with a minimal impact on my schedule. I usually get a call with an update while my vehicle is in service and a follow-up call after I've had it back a few days. Being a 29 year vet of the Sales & Service industry myself, I can appreciate the added value that Lakewood and their committed staff bring to Customer Satisfaction. More
