Best service EVER Everyone I dealt with at Lakewood went way above the expected! Erika in service was beyond kind and sympathetic while remaining professional. She gave me the news that my beloved "Jackson" (99 Cavalier) had some pretty severe problems. She put me in touch with Lucky who drove a car to my home and we then took it for a test drive. Back at the dealership he spent a ling time with me. Upon my deciding to take the 2015 Cruze he ushered me into Manita's office for financial dealings. She was amazingly efficient and so friendly. All that I encountered were free with their hugs and words of sympathy as well as tissues as I became very emotional ALL afternoon. They made it happen! Later that same day I drove away in A brand new car. Lucky arranged for the donation of Jackson to the Kidney Foundation. Truly a momentous occasion made possible by these three wonderful professionals. More

Through the entire process, Corey, Manita Bains and Dan Bass looked after each detail making us feel more like family than customers. Cory Baker was the salesman that I dealt with and was excellant, Dan Bass the sales Manger was a pleasure to talk with wether it was about the dealership or his career as a football player. Manita Bains made the financing and the paperwork so easy and the attention that was paid to my 6 yr old daughter was amazing from everyone in the building. went in not expecting a vehicle and left with a smokin' deal I went to this dealership with a friend as he was looking to purchase a vehicle, i myself was also looking for a vehicle but since i didnt have a lot I went to this dealership with a friend as he was looking to purchase a vehicle, i myself was also looking for a vehicle but since i didnt have a lot of money i wasnt expecting to find one there. i was told of a ford fiesta that was around my price range so i checked it out and decided id go through with it. The service was exelent and fast, the employees were super friendly and made buying my first car a breeze. Id deffinately reccomend this dealership. More
