Excellent Service for an older couple We are a semi-senior couple who were considering trading in our 25 year old Jeep and 12 year old Saturn. Really weren't sure if we were going to get We are a semi-senior couple who were considering trading in our 25 year old Jeep and 12 year old Saturn. Really weren't sure if we were going to get a new or used car and not quite sure what we wanted. Before we came here, we went to a Jeep dealer. Got a very low trade-in suggestion, tried a few of their jeeps and told them our budget. They came back with payments $100 over what we said was our "limit" as if we hadn't said anything. Left, then thought about how much we had loved the Saturn (high mileage from new because we had loved it so much) and decided to look over Lakewood Chev. From the time we were first greeted all the way to our final decision, they were wonderful. Our dealer, who told us at one point it was his first day, did not pressure us, talked with us reasonably to help us figure out what it was we really wanted and made it perfectly clear he was not going to push us to buy immediately. We found a car we really loved (Trax), told him our budget and he came back with finance payments well within our budget. Dan came in throughout the time we were there and further guided us and it was all extremely enjoyable (something my husband and I didn't really expect - we do not love shopping, period, and did not think we would like car shopping after all these years). They were warm, knowledgeable, respectful and just plain enjoyable to work with. The same was true when it came to signing all the papers for financing. Manita was extremely warm and explained clearly about anything we asked. So the whole experience was fantastic. They even stayed late as we decided to make the trade right away (late Saturday). We had to come in for registration on Monday and we actually apologized for holding them late on Saturday but they all assured us it was not a problem and we didn't need to feel bad about it at all. Just as a note, since my husband was on vacation for two weeks (that started Saturday) and I am retired, we had "a little" time to get to know our new Trax. Within the week, we had put 1500 km. on it and now we're going to take it to the mountains. So thank you, all at Lakewood, for what became a wonderful start to our vacation. More

Good Service Upon arriving, I was greeted momentarily as I stepped out of my vehicle, I did not have to hunt down a salesman which was nice. Did not feel that "pushy pressure" where the salesman cares more about making a sale than making there client happy. More
