I took my car in for servicing this past week, and the service advisor MJ Rizkalla was most helpful. When I arrived, and after confirming why I was there, he asked me if there was anything else that was service advisor MJ Rizkalla was most helpful. When I arrived, and after confirming why I was there, he asked me if there was anything else that was needed. So I told him that the car was going to need another service appt in the next few weeks. He went back to his computer, and when he came back, he told me that this service could also be done that same day! I was very pleased that it could be finished at the same time and the total time for everything to be completed would be about 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 hours. It actually took less time than that, which was even better! Since it's still the pandemic, I brought my own chair and hung out outside in a shady spot, and I had asked MJ to text me, instead of phoning me to let me know when it was done, and he did. I really appreciated him going the extra mile (or kilometer!) to arrange for the all the work to be done the same day, and I appreciated his kindness and concern. Thanks so much MJ; you were great to work with! More

When purchasing a car, they are helpful. The service department is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you are trying to do something, like change and ownership, that doesn’t make them money, t department is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
