I would like to rate you at at least ten stars! I have been dealing with My Rizkalla the last few times and have never been as happy! He is so thoughtful and considerate. He helps me get the walker in and out of the car without hesitating..He makes certain that’s he’s aware of any concern I may have with my car,,…. Other than changing the tires , oil, etc.. he asks very appropriate questions …I am assured that my car will be checked over and safe when I drive away from the dealership, Mr. Rizkalla explains everything very clearly and thoroughly. The extra care he takes is so appreciated. He makes certain that my car is as close as possible so I don’t have to go very far. When I leave, I know my old 2008 Prius is in tip top shape……. Such peace of mind! As an aside, it is a busy time of year so I wasn’t surprised that the car hadn’t been washed, I haven’t had that happen for quite awhile now.perhaps you aren’t offering that anymore. At some point later on when it’s not so busy, I plan to bring the car in and leave it for a day or two to have it thoroughly cleaned……If you can provide the shuttle service or give me a loaner. I have had some issues lately with my Sienna 2007, specifically loss of acceleration power accompanied by unusual noises. I took it immediately to ToyotaTown, where MJ Rizkalla attended to my remarks specifically loss of acceleration power accompanied by unusual noises. I took it immediately to ToyotaTown, where MJ Rizkalla attended to my remarks concerning the car issues. MJ Rizkalla informed me that the transmission pan gasket was smashed and that it was pressing on the transmission filter and causing damage to the gears. A hanger bearing also needed to be replaced. He explained very clearly the whole reparation process, how long will it take, and gave me a rough estimation of the cost. This is what I like at ToyotaTown, the service team live up to the promise. MJ Rizkalla, with his long experience and integrity, gives you the best advise. It makes me comfortable to continue bringing our two cars to that dealership. Now that I got my car back, it drives smoothly. I am very pleased with the service. More

I must admit the service I received was fantastic. I was kept informed all the way through the service that was being done.
