This is a very well run operation, all of the service members are very professional, Everyone from the drivers, service advisors, the cashier, and even the dealer sales in the other side, are friendly an members are very professional, Everyone from the drivers, service advisors, the cashier, and even the dealer sales in the other side, are friendly and customer focused. Employees are all very professional as well as very friendly and helpful. I have been having my cars (first a WRX and then a Legacy) serviced there for 17-18 years. My husband used to drive Toyotas, bu friendly and helpful. I have been having my cars (first a WRX and then a Legacy) serviced there for 17-18 years. My husband used to drive Toyotas, but when he decided to buy a new car almost 3 years ago, I told him that if he would buy a Subaru I would take it for all the servicing since going to Herb Gordon is a good experience. He bought his first Subaru, a Forester, and he loves it and especially that I lived up to my promise of taking it for servicing. Herb Gordon Subaru has wonderful facilities, including a fancy coffee maker that makes a great mocha. Bathroom facilities are well stocked and super clean. But the best is the great servicing of cars and the great staff. I will always buy a Subaru and only at Herb Gordon where I will entrust all servicing to them. Thank you, Herb Gordon Subaru! More
