I’m not sure what happened but our bmw needed tires. The invoice said the owner was notified and declined service. No one contacted us and we did not decline. Since buying my 2014 320i from this dealership in December 2013, I have relied on their service department to keep my vehicle in top shape. It definitely has paid off! I recently had a five-year-old December 2013, I have relied on their service department to keep my vehicle in top shape. It definitely has paid off! I recently had a five-year-old battery replaced and had some other necessary maintenance work done. As usual, my service advisor, Lucy Aguilar, is super and made sure the work was done promptly and conveniently for me. If you want your vehicle to perform well for the long haul, don’t cut corners when servicing it. I have the ultimate faith in this dealership. More

Excellent dealership with which I’ve dealt exclusively for service after purchasing my 2014 BMW 320i there in December 2013. I recently noticed a construction screw embedded in my left rear run-flat ti for service after purchasing my 2014 BMW 320i there in December 2013. I recently noticed a construction screw embedded in my left rear run-flat tire on a Saturday morning. I called the Parts Department at BMW of Sarasota to confirm they had the proper replacement tire in stock. I arrived at the dealership without an appointment, but my service advisor, Lucy Aguilar, got to me quickly. Always looking out for her customers, Lucy informed me the tire was just short of one year old. Therefore, it qualified for replacement under warranty because I had purchased it from their dealership. I would owe only the labor cost. The fact they had the tire in stock—for the record, two tire stores near my home did not—plus the fact the tire was warrantied, brought a sense of relief! Lucy is super efficient and always has a smile on her face to brighten your day. More
