He worked really hard on my deal and I ended up with two vehicles. I love my Chevy truck and I will for sure be returning To Sherwood park Chevrolet for my next one and many to come. It was ok I live 2.5 away from sherwood park/Edmonton area I was told to go and see the guys at sherwood chevy so I did basically anything that could go wrong d I live 2.5 away from sherwood park/Edmonton area I was told to go and see the guys at sherwood chevy so I did basically anything that could go wrong did go wrong I dealt with Logan Reid,Nathan gillis,Graham Wyatt , the list goes on it didn't seem like there is much communication between shifts. If I tell you Graham I want to pick up car tonight I would expect it to be ready or at least check on it and let me no, not just pass the buck over to Logan. Needless to say after day of work and then 2.5 hr drive to pick my car up and it not being ready I was not happy camper. And then go to sign paper work. And there are things on bill of sale I didn't want like warranty like I told them 2 days before........ All said and done pick up car and go to register it and the bill of sale isn't even signed by finance manager....... more waiting...........................After a long drawn out process later I got what I wanted for trade and figured out the mess of miscommunication on the sherwood park chevy staff. All were very understanding about the mess that is Olivia and Logan if wasn't for them I would have walked away. With finance issues Kevin and Olivia got it figured out and offered to put us up in hotel ( couldn't because we had to work next day). Logan filled my truck full of gas. Logan Read is the only salesman I will do business with at this location. Review rating is for( Logan, Olivia, and Kevin, only) I will be buying new truck from this location next year. If Logan is still there. More

He isn't a pushy salesmen we've come to expect at a stereotypical car dealership. Finally, maybe it was the late night completion of our deal, but Heidi is a very fun character to work with. Awesome Service I was just looking on the internet and found a used Equinox that I was very interested in. I filled out a couple of online forms and with in about 1hr I was just looking on the internet and found a used Equinox that I was very interested in. I filled out a couple of online forms and with in about 1hr I had a response back via text message from Kevin Ottahal. I texted him back and and the next thing you know we were on the phone,with me giving Kevin all the info he needed to get things going. He said he would have a sales person give me a call after he got the financing started. I told him up front that my credit was not the best as I had some unfortunate things happen. He didn't hesitate once and said don't worry we will get something done for you. To my surprise I received a call from Logan Read the next day, we discussed the vehicle I was looking at and he asked when I could come in. I was out of town and said I would be there on Thursday about 5. Well to keep a long story short, within 2hrs of being there, the deal was done. I would recommend Sherwood Park Chev to anyone out there and if you are looking but scared to go in because your credit may not be the best, all I can say is your missing out on that vehicle your Dreaming of, I can almost guarantee they will make it happen. Please ask for Logan Read, he is pretty new to the sale team but makes you feel right at home. Also ask for Kevin Ottahal in the Finance Dept. he makes you feel like you matter, I didn't purchase the new Corvette that was in the show room, it was a used Equinox and he made it happen quickly. The staff at Sherwood Park Chevrolet made me feel right at home as soon as I walked into the showroom. I went in wanting to see the different levels of trucks from the lower end to the completely loaded m at home as soon as I walked into the showroom. I went in wanting to see the different levels of trucks from the lower end to the completely loaded models. The sales team were very accommodating and showed me several different trucks. This allowed me to check out all of the different options that I might want to get in a new truck. They then help me narrow down my search to a couple of trucks within my price range and the options that I wanted. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried. Any questions I had were answered quickly. A special thanks to Heidi Barlow for her patience and help to get the best financing plan that would work with the budget I had going in. Also I would like to thank Jason Ruffell and Logan Read for all their help and for entertaining my 6 year old son while i was working on the financing. Jason and Logan both stayed three and a half hours after their shift to accommodate my schedule. Little things like this is just one of the reasons why I would recommend Sherwood Park Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new vehicle . More
