Amazing service from start to finish! I have needed some work on my fleet car for a little while as it was not feeling right while accelerating. Another dealership said they could not find I have needed some work on my fleet car for a little while as it was not feeling right while accelerating. Another dealership said they could not find anything wrong. As I discussed my issues with the Service Writer, Liane, she knew by my description what the issue was and called me later that day to confirm what her thought was. They needed to re book me in for another time as the parts they needed were on back order. She called me within a few weeks to book my next appointment in and everything was smooth with no problems. Now my car actually drives like it should and all was dealt with in a timely manner and very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable dealership. I work in the automotive industry and I have had some bad experiences and am very satisfied with how this dealership and their team has been professional, courteous and friendly through the whole process! More

Quick, reasonable and honest I booked and oil change for my car and they were able to get me in quicker than I thought. Although friendly once I got to the desk, walking in and wa I booked and oil change for my car and they were able to get me in quicker than I thought. Although friendly once I got to the desk, walking in and waiting I was kind of ignored. It would be great for anyone to say "we'll be with you in a minute'" just so your presence is acknowledged. The oil change was really quick - 40 minutes - and although I authorized an air filter change it was not required so they did not put one in, which I really appreciated because how do I know if its dirty? If I know I can trust them, then I will be back. More

Service with understanding I was in the NW the other day when a warning light came on in my Edge. I was far from my normal servicing dealer here in Calgary but thought I would s I was in the NW the other day when a warning light came on in my Edge. I was far from my normal servicing dealer here in Calgary but thought I would stop in the see if North star could answer a few questions regarding my light ( check engine )and whether it was safe to drive or not. I parked and went inside ,was greeted warmly by Liane in service, I explained my situation. She was very knowledgeable, asked me a few questions which allowed her to reassure me that I could in fact drive the Edge without worry for a few days. Even though my Ford is serviced elsewhere , she did not make it uncomfortable at all, in fact I felt like she truly enjoys helping people. Thank you for your information and assuring me I was safe to continue on until I had the time to get the truck looked at. I appreciate your help. If I'm ever in need in the north again, I know exactly where to go and who to see. More

Very Accommodating I had stopped into the Northstar dealership to find out if they sold a paint touchup for my running board on my F150. The guy at the parts desk told I had stopped into the Northstar dealership to find out if they sold a paint touchup for my running board on my F150. The guy at the parts desk told me to ask the service people if the repair was covered by my warranty. I talked to Rob, the Service Director and it turned out is was covered. After the part was delivered, I took my truck in on the next Friday morning. It was ready to go just 2 hours later thanks to Liane. More

Fast, efficient, polite service! This was my first oil change and tire swap completed on my Ford Escape. I was impressed with the service I received from the person that greeted me. I was also glad that it only took about an hour for the appointment. I even had a chance to visit with the sales rep who sold me my car and the nice fella who helped with my financing - they approached me while I was sitting and waiting for my vehicle - I think it's awesome that they remembered me and came to chat to see how I'm doing and liking my new wheels. Great job Northstar Ford! It's been a pleasure doing business with you so far! I look forward to future service appointments - I hope they are all as smooth as this one was! Thank you! More

Best Customer Service When I first got there I was helped by Liane. She was very pleasant to deal with. After I was done being checked in I had asked if the shuttle was aro When I first got there I was helped by Liane. She was very pleasant to deal with. After I was done being checked in I had asked if the shuttle was around. It was not, so I mentioned that it was fine that I would take the Ctrain. Right away Liane offered me Ctrain tix to work and back. I then got to work and was delighted that not much time after I got a call that the truck was done. Liane was awesome to deal with and made me want to come back to Northstar. Thanks very much. More
