Replaced gas tank and door handle on drivers side. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. First service appointment was great :) I am very pleased with how smooth my first appointment went at Northstar Ford. As my vehicle was purchased used from a private sale, the extended ser I am very pleased with how smooth my first appointment went at Northstar Ford. As my vehicle was purchased used from a private sale, the extended service plan and additional warranty needed to be transferred into my name through Ford. I was able to do this at Universal Ford with no problems and by the time I went for service at Northstar, the transfer was in the computer and the service team followed through as required. Very happy! I'm pleased I chose Northstar Ford as my service centre. More

I was disappointed I booked an appt for maintenance and platinum cleaning package weeks in advance for a 7 am appt time. I was called at 3 pm ish that there was no time I booked an appt for maintenance and platinum cleaning package weeks in advance for a 7 am appt time. I was called at 3 pm ish that there was no time to do my cleaning and could they keep car overnight. I booked the whole day off work and cannot book off two so unable to do so. More
