Quality work on time and at more reasonable price I usually take my Flex to a dealer near my work but this time I could not get an appointment so I decided to try Northstar Ford. I had a synthetic oil I usually take my Flex to a dealer near my work but this time I could not get an appointment so I decided to try Northstar Ford. I had a synthetic oil change, a cooling flush and a brake flush. All was done on time as promised and at a price more reasonable than the dealer I used to patronize. I am very happy with the service and take my Flex there from now on. Northstar has earned my business. More

Still Stress free I have owned many vehicles and paid dearly for them all. Customer experience was saved Liane saw my review below and arranged to both pick up and return my car after doing the estimate. They even did some polishing to minimize the look of the damage. They returned within about an hour so I had the use of my car very quickly. While the initial servicing was disappointing, I am happy with the resolution. Previous review here: Bought a new car a few years back and have been bringing in for servicing. Has been a good experience until this year. In July, brought my car in for service. Requested In the initial service request to have damage to my hood looked at by the body shop (on site)for an estimate. When I dropped off, I requested it again. When I picked up, they couldn't find my keys and they also hadn't done the estimate but they encouraged me to come back and get it done on my own. They had ordered a part for me for a leak. I again made my appointment and I again asked for the hood estimate. When I dropped off, I asked again for a 4th time. When I picked up, despite reworking my day, they informed that they had forgotten to do it yet again. I don't feel they value my time. I will not be using them for my hood repair. And they will need to impress me on my final warranty service appointments or I won't be recommending them ever again. More

Prompt service but cost was more than quoted Latch on rear lift door of Ford Escape did not release/open by manual switch or Fob. Service was prompt to release and replace the rear door latch. We were disappointed that final cost was $66 more than total cost quoted on tel. for shop materials and gst. These items should have been included in quoted cost. Shop labour rate was high. More
