I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to make my next appointment an hour and a half La Toya Berry was super courteous, friendly and professional. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to make my next appointment an hour and a half later but she wrote down my request and insured the mechanic was aware of my dilemma. I made my next appointment just on time and it worked out great. As well, she was able to give me a quick history of my vehicle—what had and had not yet been done which will help me budget for my next appointment. Thank you La Toya.
