We then drove 2.5 hours to buy this car. When we sat down to discuss price, Steve tried to sell it at a much higher price. We told them about the Internet sales team who confirmed the car and price and we were told that car is gone. They advertise one thing and try to deliver another. Shame on them. More

He really took his time and explained all the features of the car and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured. Jaysen Cofil put the numbers together. He listen to what i had as a budget and made the vehicle financially affordable . Financial services, Alberto Granadillo, had all the paperwork ready so i just had to sign them then the Car was ready and he took his time to explain to me the features of the car and how to pair my phone through bluetooth,he was really professional and helpful. I am a very very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to use your service again,and of course refer every one i know. Thank you very very much!!! More

December 2013, my sister and I purchased cars myself a 2011 Venza after 20 years with a 1993 Toyota Camry; my sister a 2014 Corolla. My son and I went to the Dealer, looking for a car for him, left there; went to several other dealers and returned by to Toyota of Orlando and found the car that he wanted a 2014 Corolla. Our experience with Toyota of Orlando was a great one. Everyone was so professional and friendly. I got a great deal with great services. I’ll definitely go back to buy more cars when I need to. I’m recommend this dealer to anyone want to buy a car. More

My wife and I went to buy a Rav 4. The salesman on the lot was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was laid back and did not push anything on us. Later on when we went inside to talk to the ma lot was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was laid back and did not push anything on us. Later on when we went inside to talk to the managers, we got turned off by the added features and high interest rate that was offered before our credit was checked. So much so that my wife as visibly shaken and we got very close to leaving. After that we spent way too much time trying to get to the number that was definitely alluded to through out our visit. We felt that the staff was playing with us and if we hadn't invested so much time into purchasing the car we would have walked away. Eventually we got most of which was "promised". When we got to the finance guy, John Vanscoy, the experience turned around and he made us feel better. More
