2018 Fusion Purchase Kristine and Al were great at Fraser. I visited there this past weekend, just thinking I would go in to look at possible vehicles to purchase after my Kristine and Al were great at Fraser. I visited there this past weekend, just thinking I would go in to look at possible vehicles to purchase after my 2017 Fusion was written off. The reason I picked Fraser to go to in the first place was because that was where I had purchased the 2017 Fusion and Kristine has sold it to me. By the time I got there on Saturday afternoon, Kristine had already found out that I was covered for full replacement value of my car. She had a car picked out for me after asking a day before what I was thinking of looking at. The car she picked was the 2018 Fusion. When I went to sit in the car, I felt comfortable as she went through the new features of the car and was happy to answer any questions I had. After looking at the Fusion, she took me to see the 2018 Escape. Again, she was very knowledgeable about the Escape and allowed me to take my time in the SUV. Once we finished in the Escape she went and found out the pricing information for me. Kristine was very friendly through-out the entire process and was super accommodating to anything I asked. The next part was the financial part of things. Al was again super knowledgeable about the various plans/warranties that Ford has to offer. He took his time in going through everything with me, making sure that I understood what it was that they were offering and covering. He was also very honest during the process too, which is something I feel is very important. He took the existing warranty that I had on my previous Fusion and was able to rebate that. He also was able to find an additional discount for me after realizing that the warranty had oil changes included in it so I didn't need the 10 free oil changes. I would definitely recommend both Kristine and Al for buying a vehicle. I see myself going back to Fraser and seeing them when the time comes for a new car. More

Kristine was always ready and willing to answer the million questions I have regarding the various vehicle and purchase/lease options available. I describe my needs and Kristine does the legwork to find the exact vehicle to fit my needs and budget. Always pleasant, ready for a chat, Kristine makes the entire purchasing experience positive and comfortable! Ryan is a pleasure to work with. Professional individual with a great sense of humour who will work hard to get your purchase and any additional services to fit within your budget. Never before have I had such a wonderful time signing contracts! Kim, the service manager, is one of the best service manager's I've ever dealt with. She always greets people with a smile and is always upbeat and ready to provide knowledgeable, professional answers to questions. All of the sales managers at Fraser Ford are available to everyone. They all sit in the show room area, not hidden away in some secret office somewhere like other dealerships. Overall, the entire dealership is a warm, friendly, family oriented, professional environment. The atmosphere is always light hearted yet professional. Everyone seems to love working there. A very pleasant experience buying a car! Fraser Ford was the third dealership I entered during my current vehicle search. The first dealer (another Ford dealer) felt cool to my approach, was Fraser Ford was the third dealership I entered during my current vehicle search. The first dealer (another Ford dealer) felt cool to my approach, was dismissive of my trade, and was not willing to deal. The second dealer (not a Ford dealer) didn't even acknowledge my existence. I spent 15 minutes in the showrroom crawling over one of their models and not even one sals person greeted me or asked if they could help. What a breath of fresh air then to enter Fraser Ford and be greeted by Kristine! She walked right up to me, introduced herself and asked if I would like a cup of coffee (not what car was I interested in). I immediately felt she was trying to help me, not just sell me a car. This approach continued throughout our interaction, allowing my wife and I to review multiple scenarios until we found one that suited us (she answered a lot of different questions and didn't seem put out by our particulars). Our situation, and trade-In, were given good consideration and the dealership was willing to negotiate with us. When we had specific questions she could not answer, Kristine introduced us to Natasha (one of the finance reps) who was willing to spend the time to put numbers into the computer and, again, run multiple scenarios. Both of there ladies, professional to the core, also had light personalities and were so easy to deal with. My wife and I had a very positive experience from first entering the dealership until we drove away in our new vehicle. I cannot recommend enough the team at Fraser Ford, in general, and Kristine and Natasha in particular. You will not be disappointed. More

No pressure to take anything extra and a very funny personality. We got what we wanted plus a little extra for the price we wanted with friendly service and in a very short period of time.
