When I had asked my sales associate, Kristine Payne, why I should order the truck from her and not another random dealer, she quickly replied that her customer service skills would make the difference. I am happy to report that Kristine's statement was 100% accurate. Kristine helped me through the process every step of the way and ensured both myself and my concerns were looked after. I would be happy to refer any family / friends to Kristine as I know they would be in good hands and get the attention that they deserve. Then general stigma around car buying is that it is a painful experience but with Kristine it could not be further from the truth. Thanks Kristine for making this a favorable experience! The truck itself is also awesome and I'm sure that helps as well! More

After pricing out a truck several m I had been wanting to purchase an F-150 for some time and been watching prices advertised in the paper and online. After pricing out a truck several months earlier with Kristine Payne she contacted me about an ongoing offer. As I was unable to attend at the time, we spoke by telephone where she explained everything to me and made an appointment to meet again. I went to the dealership after work and felt after all the research I had done I was getting a great deal on the exact truck I wanted. Everything was clearly explained to me by Natasha Maltais and I felt no pressure signing on the dotted line. We picked up the truck several days later and was treated like family by everyone I interacted with. My kids had an exciting time picking up our new truck and I'm still completely satisfied with the purchase I made. More

caution caution caution, record all conversations! My experience with this company has become the single worst experience with a car sales and service agency. They are consistently not returning calls My experience with this company has become the single worst experience with a car sales and service agency. They are consistently not returning calls, misrepresenting facts and ignoring me presumably because the sale is done . Be careful dealing with this company. I escalated to the owner?? Carlee??? but never got any return calls So far they have mishandled the financing on my new truck, misrepresented the options on the new truck and appropriated my extra my snow tires and rims. NOT a happy outcome Service issues When I had my trade serviced just before buying a new truck they left all the shrouds hanging down on the ground . This should had been an omen.When their their mechanic servicing my truck told me he drives an GM, i should have known to run . I can accept misunderstanding and mistakes but their tactic seems to be to say they will call you back and resolve the issue then just ignore you. More
