I have had my Mercedes serviced by the excellent team headed by Dave McVittie and Markus Widmer which is why I continue to be a loyal MB customer. As a salesman Tony ranks right up there with the best. He is a pleasure to deal with and his product knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to explain even the smallest details made the purchase seamless. Getting it right the first time! We have dealt with many dealer ships over the past 30 years. And I must say this was one of the easiest, non stressful, polite car deals I have ever We have dealt with many dealer ships over the past 30 years. And I must say this was one of the easiest, non stressful, polite car deals I have ever done. We started the deal back in the summer of 2015 with Adam Stockie . We initially considered the GLK but changed our minds and eventually stopped the whole deal. Adam was very courteous and said "take your time we want to get it right, we're here when your ready". Adam kept in touch with different models and kept us abreast with the up to date manufacture's incentives. When we where ready to purchase, Adam searched the province for the right colour and interior. WE couldn't make up our minds, so Adam said he would bring the vehicle to us and meet us in Ingersoll which reduced our drive to half from our location. That's service! Adam even informed us on how to return the vehicle in 39 months and get into a new one saving us some money and mileage. You have two very happy customers.. More

And the product itself...lets just say it was harder saying goodbye to my last E-550 than it was sending the kids off to college :) More

It Keeps On Getting Better. Just received my 9th MB. All from the same dealership - although there have a couple of name changes. The experience has always been very pleasurable and keeps on getting better for me. The new MB is a 2016 GL 350 BT, and I dealt primarily with Adam and Rob Stockie, who were awesome and treated me wonderfully. Adam delivered the vehicle flawlessly, and without a hitch. Adam's concern and followup beyond the delivery has been exceptional and unprecedented. Ask for him when you visit the dealership. You will not be disappointed. Rob Stockie is great and by far the best and most honest General Manager I have ever dealt with. . Krystina Wong looked after all the financial paper work and the recommended maintenance and armour protections packages. She was terrific. Mike Beernink was extremely helpful on the financial side of things. Again, an extremely pleasurable experience, and receiving yet another great vehicle makes that experience even better . More
