Easy and fun experience We had been interested in a 2015 Sorrento, so we went down to our local dealer. As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted by an awesome sale We had been interested in a 2015 Sorrento, so we went down to our local dealer. As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted by an awesome sales person (we'll call her Natalie, because that's her name)! She showed us what they had and was very helpful in answering questions and had great product knowledge; anything she didn't know was just a question away. She let us take it for a test drive and put up with my sense of humour. We returned and very quickly expressed our interest in buying the vehicle. Natalie let us discuss our options in private and then returned to discuss the sales end of the deal. There was no pressure and only one request on our part, which her manager agreed to and we were finished. Done. Easy. We can honestly say we had a good time. As a testament to the service, we left our old car there, because we would be returning during the week to get all the protection and scotch guarding done; well I forgot the keys to my old car. Kia rented me a car , free of charge, for the day. We were able to get our errands done, pick my son up from school and get my keys. This kind of service is extremely rare! Big thank-you. More

Perfect 'no pressure' purchase! I felt a 'no pressure' welcome and extremely comfortable with everyone I came into contact with at Harris Kia. Initially, my brother convinced me to try a Kia Optima, as he is a happy owner of an Optima, and a Soul prior to that. While at the dealership I also spoke to another Kia owner who was very pleased with the service and the new car they purchased there. Christine Wright was a pleasure to deal with, and she and Jeremy Allen made a showroom car a reality for me. I was so excited to be able to drive away with options I had only dreamed of ever having in my vehicle! The Finance and Service team were professional, and helped walk me through everything with a lot of patience and professionalism. After the sale, there was lots of follow up from Christine to make sure I was happy with my car. Many thanks Christine! You rock! More

I was extremely satisfied with the experience of buying a new car. The coffee was great and all the staff is very friendly. I have never been so relaxed spending money. Most enjoyable. After my purchase Kolbi in the service department was extremely nice and explained the new type of air in the tires, and the service schedule over the long term so I would not be surprised with a large service bill at different intervals over the life of the car. This is the second year in a row that we have gone in to have our tires changed over and ended up buying a new Kia Sorento. The team at Harris Kia are unsurpassed. Roy Berentsen, sales manager and Jeremy A have our tires changed over and ended up buying a new Kia Sorento. The team at Harris Kia are unsurpassed. Roy Berentsen, sales manager and Jeremy Allen financial manager both make you feel you matter not just as a customer but as a person. Rachel Roy, our sales consultant, is the best. She takes the time to explain things to us in a manor we can understand and if she can't answer a question then she admits it and goes about finding the answer. The service group from Mike House and Kolbi McLean in the service department to Teri Wilson and Noel LeFebvre in the parts department are all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. With Dave Bare as general manager and Dave Corrigal added to the finance department who could ask for a better place to buy a new car, especially a new Kia. Thanks again to all of the Harris Kia team, you make buying a new car a really fun experience. More

I have been driving for 40 years, have purchased numerous cars and must say the Harris KIA dealership was the best. Friendly, knowledgeable and good listeners. Marcelo asked how he could help and when I said what I was looking for he took us out for a test drive, explaining the functions of the car. Upon returning to the dealership, Marcelo asked more questions and suggested a different vehicle, the one we did purchase. How did we arrive at a different vehicle? Because Marcelo asked questions, wanting to know my budget and needs. So we are now the proud and extremely happy owners of a 2011 Rondo. But not only was Marcelo helpful, David Corrigal handled the financial details in a clear and concise manner, not rushing us but ensuring we understood the various options available. Kolbi explained the maintenance schedules and set up our first appointment...and upon my return home she had already sent us a welcome email. Really, if you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, this is definitely the place to go. More
