Jeremy the manager came thru with absolutely everything he promised (I leased) and it was so easy. Al Foster was there for my leasing paperwork and even got to spend a bit of time with Rachel Roy. You will be extremely surprised at how easy they make this process. Not your traditional car dealership, and thank goodness for that. In the past I have found buying a new or used vehicle extremely painful as the aggression of the sales person is in my opinion very negative. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I got to meet Kolbi in service and was so impressed. She went thru what my vehicle maintenance program would be and again, no surprises. This wasn't offered in my home town. It was like pulling teeth. Nanaimo Kia just laid everything on the table so that I could figure out my finances, and ongoing expenses. Krista from admin kept me up to date and in touch by phone and everyone let me take the lead in my buying decisions. Kudos to the guys, but I stayed and purchased because of Rani, Krista and Rachel. Jeremy, you should be so proud of your team. You really came thru for me. You can see the difference the minute you walk in, Congrats to Tom Harris for understanding what service means... and so his team is a great one. More

Rachel beyond the norm the norm for sales profesionalism and we would highly recommend her as a car sales person. She makes it a pleasure to buy a car which is found very rarely in that business. Great Service and reliablity I contacted Kolbi at Harris Kia via email and arranged for an appointment on Saturday 9:15AM When I got there she said it would be 1 1/2 hours. Abou I contacted Kolbi at Harris Kia via email and arranged for an appointment on Saturday 9:15AM When I got there she said it would be 1 1/2 hours. About 80 minutes later I got a call that all was done. Great service, on time. Got new plugs and a radiator flush and change. The car runs better and they even washed the car for me. Hard to beat the service at Harris Kia in Nanaimo. More

Easy and fun experience We had been interested in a 2015 Sorrento, so we went down to our local dealer. As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted by an awesome sale We had been interested in a 2015 Sorrento, so we went down to our local dealer. As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted by an awesome sales person (we'll call her Natalie, because that's her name)! She showed us what they had and was very helpful in answering questions and had great product knowledge; anything she didn't know was just a question away. She let us take it for a test drive and put up with my sense of humour. We returned and very quickly expressed our interest in buying the vehicle. Natalie let us discuss our options in private and then returned to discuss the sales end of the deal. There was no pressure and only one request on our part, which her manager agreed to and we were finished. Done. Easy. We can honestly say we had a good time. As a testament to the service, we left our old car there, because we would be returning during the week to get all the protection and scotch guarding done; well I forgot the keys to my old car. Kia rented me a car , free of charge, for the day. We were able to get our errands done, pick my son up from school and get my keys. This kind of service is extremely rare! Big thank-you. More
