We came to the dealership because the check engine came on. The parts were not in stock and they were ordered. We were asked to come without an appointment then all they did was a visual check. We thought it was a quick. We have to come all the way from Oakley. Then this young man in the reception was kind of ru they did was a visual check. We thought it was a quick. We have to come all the way from Oakley. Then this young man in the reception was kind of rude. He welcomed us with no greetings and he looks annoyed. Not a good representaive. I seldom go with my husband for the service- so frustrating! The entire staff at Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek are fabulous at customer service and car repair. They are efficient and all questions are answered.
