Very good, communicated well, kept informed of the repair, Kevin was courteous and through on my check in to the service dept. I purchased my truck from Triple 777 but will not return to that dealership because of a very poor service department that kept having me come back and not following up or calling when they said they would. After fighting with the service department at the dealership where I purchased the truck, I took it to Crestview and the experience has been excellent. So far it has a new transmission, new axles, and multiple tire balance- all done at Crestview. They have worked tirelessly trying to get the truck into the new condition it should have been from the factory. I can't say enough good things about Kevin Brooks and the rest of the service team. More
