Another pleasant experience! I have dealt with Kevin Brooks quite a few times in having my 2011 Jeep serviced -- for factory recalls and warranty work and other service. I canno I have dealt with Kevin Brooks quite a few times in having my 2011 Jeep serviced -- for factory recalls and warranty work and other service. I cannot commend him enough for the lengths he goes to provide excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable, forthright, down-to-earth, and wonderfully efficient. Despite his obviously full plate on most days, he always seems to fit in enough time to make me feel like what I need done REALLY matters. His employ by this dealership ensures that it will always be my first choice. Kudos, Kevin! More
