The centre computer screen had quit before and the dealer updated it. It quit again yesterday so I drove direct to the dealership to ask if they wished to see it and perhaps diagnose the problem. Gord looked at it , took the truck in and the service people fixed the problem, on the spot. I realize things cannot always be fixed on the spot but my wife and I do appreciate the extra effort and service. More
