I found when I first went on the lot that I was a bit nervous because I hadn't purch I recently purchased a 2018 White Ford Escape from Kevan Macrae. I found when I first went on the lot that I was a bit nervous because I hadn't purchased a car for 14 years. I was also nervous test driving my car because I had only driven my own car for 14 years. I found Kevan to be friendly and easy to talk to regarding all my questions. Very calm and made me feel comfortable being on the car lot. I did not feel pressured in any way. Everyone from the Salesman to the Finance employee were very helpful. Very organized team ! Insurance lady was there and ready to help. I even went on the lot again to get some additional help and was treated in a kind and friendly manner by everyone. . My car is perfect for me. I am very happy with my purchase. I plan to follow up there with the service department. A very trust worthy dealership ! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I am a senior woman and I had no trouble finding the help I needed to make the right purchase for me. More

2nd RAM deal @ O’Connor I bought a 2016 RAM 1500 Ecodiesel new in late 2016 and recently traded it in on a pre-owned 2015 RAM 3500 with Cummins 6.7L for greater towing capabi I bought a 2016 RAM 1500 Ecodiesel new in late 2016 and recently traded it in on a pre-owned 2015 RAM 3500 with Cummins 6.7L for greater towing capabilities. The salesman and owner were very friendly and made very reasonable deals on both occasions. I’ve been getting my service on my RAM’s done at O’Connor and all the staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Will be back for my next vehicle in a few years. More
