I don't like Salespeople who try to beat around the bush just to make a sale. Gary takes care of you from beginning to end and doesn't pressure you by making you feel you have to purchase the vehicle. He gives you all the facts and then let's you decide without bugging you 10x a day. He told me he is retiring in a few years but I hope it won't be until my new car lease is almost done and time for me to make another decision to get a new vehicle! More

I had the chance to deal with John Lee from Whitby Toyota, who explained to me all the best options I have, and left me the freedom to make my choice. I really appreciated his honesty and customer care and his patience. I really recommend him for all new or existing Toyota customers. Also, I had to deal with the Business Manager Keith, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to explain the benefits to have the Extra Care protection Plan. Bought a new highlander The business manager over charge me for a product I purchased with my new Highlander and I brought it to his and the dealer manager/ owner attention a The business manager over charge me for a product I purchased with my new Highlander and I brought it to his and the dealer manager/ owner attention and I show them the invoice that I purchased the same product twice from ather dealer $300.00 cheaper but they ignored me they choose to keep $300 but lost my business I didn't want to cancel the car purchase because the sellspersan Seth Pillai was great very nice never go there again not even for oil change. More
