Great experience from purchase to pickup! I bought a Toyota CHR xle premium and it was a great experience. I did my research and knew what I wanted, there were no attempts to pressure me into I bought a Toyota CHR xle premium and it was a great experience. I did my research and knew what I wanted, there were no attempts to pressure me into adding anything although although all options were explained and very helpful information was given. They beat the best price I had found. I worked with Rashid on the sale and Keith in management. I really appreciated Rashid's efficiency and we had the whole thing wrapped up very quickly. Keith provided me with straight forward information and worked with me on the price so we could both leave happy! I have never felt less pressure when purchasing a car and am very happy with the whole experience. They even surprised me with another 500.00 off the car by applying an incentive that was not available the day I bought the car. I was very impressed and look forward to making this my home dealership as well as taking advantage of their service department. More

Test Drive and Purchase I went in knowing what I wanted to buy, just wanted a quick test drive. The day I came in there was an ice storm and they were closing in 20 minutes. Easy Peasy No games or fooling around. I checked pricing and the value of my trade in online before I went in. On the trade in they went right to the range I e No games or fooling around. I checked pricing and the value of my trade in online before I went in. On the trade in they went right to the range I expected and beat the MSRP considerably and included the accessories I wanted. Looked up availability to get me what I wanted and were able to find one on its way to Ontario and made a dealer trade then and there. Arranged to install accessories and have it for me at my convenience once it arrived and was ready. Went over the operation of the vehicle with me (very important since they are all so high tech now) and answered all my questions. This is my fifth or sixth Toyota from this dealership and certainly not my last. More
