Challenging to find this kind of service and integrity! Great experience with sales department (helpful, honest) during the purchase of our used vehicle (treat you the same as if buying an expensive new veh Great experience with sales department (helpful, honest) during the purchase of our used vehicle (treat you the same as if buying an expensive new vehicle), to the work we have had done through the service department to date. Treat you well, foresee issues and work it out for you without always having to ask. Not rushed when you would like answers for your concerns. Quite different from most of the "city" dealerships we have had dealings with, or many other businesses today that have lost what many of us remember to be "customer service". More

Superior Experience at Turpin KIA We bought our 8-seater Sedona at Turpin KIA in the summer of 2015. The buying experience was relatively stress-free, and the salesperson worked hard t We bought our 8-seater Sedona at Turpin KIA in the summer of 2015. The buying experience was relatively stress-free, and the salesperson worked hard to find us the (rather rare) 8-seater model and get it in the price range we were able to afford. The vehicle is a trouble-free workhorse! So reliable, a pleasure to drive, and has a versatile interior. We are delighted with our purchase. We've had our Sedona back to the dealership for its regular maintenance, and our experience with the service staff has always been positive. However, the 50,000 km service we received on Monday and Tuesday of this week was the best yet. Jason and the team made sure we had a (free!) loaner vehicle so the kids and I could continue on with our regular activities. The rear brakes had been making a squealing sound in reverse, so we thought there was a rear brake job needed while it was in. However, Jason called bright and early on Tuesday morning to say that it was just some dirt that had gotten lodged in the brake assembly, so they cleaned it out. The total bill was just over $50, when I was expecting it to be over $500! How's that for a great experience? Afterwards, Karen called to make sure my servicing went well, Such a great bunch of folks at Turpin KIA! More
