My experience with Justin was stellar. He has the knowledge and service skills mixed with the perfect amount of humor and no pressure sales that make him a must to deal with when buying a vehicle. He was a pleasure to deal with and things happened when he said they would.....which is important to me. I would recommend Justin to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and would not hesitate one second to send them to this Finch dealership. He was very easy going and not pushy at all. We were looking for a used van when we came in and Justin took the time to find the right vehicle for us. As we were from out of town when we got to finch Chrysler Justin would be in the middle of eating but put himself aside to take care of us. After a couple of test drives he found the right can for us. He made the purchase procedure very easy and everything was at our convenience. I was always pulled towards pickups and test drove many products in the market place, giving them a thorough inspection. I always returned to Finch Chrysler, as the Dodge Ram seemed to give me the best ride and provided the best view over the hood, as I was getting into a bigger vehicle. The thing that sealed the deal for me was the salesman, Justin, who was knowledgeable and great to talk to, wasn't pushy, and certainly worked extremely hard to gain my business. This survey has taken me a bit of time to follow up on only due to the Christmas season, but I really felt that Justin certainly deserved the praise for his hard work and making me feel he had my interest (the customer) in mind.
