OUR BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! After a couple of telephone conversations re: wanting to buy a new Impala, Justin Parker offered to hold one over the weekend for us until we could t After a couple of telephone conversations re: wanting to buy a new Impala, Justin Parker offered to hold one over the weekend for us until we could travel to Exeter to look at it. However, after looking at another Impala , we decided to purchase one at another Dealership, that was not available in Exeter. Before doing the actual purchase, we thought it only fair to drive to Exeter from London and thank Justin for holding the Impala and explain that we were getting another Impala that we liked better, (but only wished it had a "tan" interior). Justin was very understanding and offered to help us find a New Impala with a tan interior. He worked very hard at locating one for us, but it was sold the same day..... so he worked hard to find us another one....even better with more options. He pulled it off and we were impressed with how much he wanted to PLEASE US as customers. The day we picked up the vehicle he took lots of time going over and explaining how to use all the options. We were definitely excited and happy when we left the Dealership. Thank you, Justin. A great job. We have already given your name to our friends. More

Amazing I spoke to justin over the phone once he advised with the different trucks they had with the 5.3l.
